Coaching guides the individual through the creation of their own individualised mental health toolkit that can be pulled out in moments of need.
Everyone needs to look after their mental health and self care is a key factor but is often seen as all bubble baths and spa days when there is so much more to it than that.
After an initial 15-30 minute phone call, you will have three weekly sessions, a follow up one month later and a final follow up one month after that. Clients can continue to have monthly check ins after the programme at an additional cost.
This programme also includes unlimited email support in between sessions.
